Consult it with an auto locksmith, they can surely help in adding remote to start f150
Contact a locksmith who deals in those key fobs, ask that locksmith to make a key that will work with your truck. In this way you can add remote fob for your truck.

We can add an OEM Keyless Remote with remote start if your truck came with the remote start option from the factory or it was added by the OE Dealer. We do not install aftermarket remote starts. The remote start button would have to be on the original Ford Key.
